The organizations has been working in Barabanki , Lucknow , Sitapur and Unnao Districts of state uttar Pradesh , India with its headquarters at Lucknow . The organization has been working for about 17 years for the welfare of poor and disadvantaged people of the community particularly rural sections of the society . The organization has been providing support to the disadvantaged sections of the community by encouraging their active participation at all levels so as to develop a self reliant society with a focus on socio- economic empowerment of the community especially women as decision makers in the development process.
